Welcome to GoHyper! By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern GoHyper’s relationship with you in relation to this app.

SMS/Text Opt-In

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from GoHyper, you agree to the following:

  • GoHyper: You are subscribing to SMS updates from GoHyper.
  • Message Frequency: A one-time SMS notification is sent for account verification during sign-up. Additional SMS messages may be sent on rare occasions to support resolving security issues.
  • Product Description: Messages may include OTP (one time passoword) and support resolving security issues from GoHyper.
  • Customer Care: For assistance, please contact us at support@thehyperlabs.com, or reply “HELP” to any message.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages. Re-subscribe reply back “UNSTOP.”
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
  • By subscribing, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided mobile phone number and agree to receive SMS communications from GoHyper.

Usage

  • Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using GoHyper.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the app’s operations.

Payments

  • Bitcoin Transactions: All Bitcoin payments are processed through Bitcoin and the Lightning Network, ensuring secure and fast transactions.
  • Fiat Transactions: All Fiat payments are processed through Stripe Connect and are separate from Bitcoin transactions.
  • No Crypto Exchange: We do not provide cryptocurrency exchange services.

Privacy

  • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. All communications are encrypted using the NOSTR protocol to ensure data security.
  • Usage Data: We collect minimum data in accordance with our privacy policy only to improve the app’s services.

  • Trust and Reputation Management: Security Centers play a key role in managing the trust and reputation systems within the Gig-Gossip network. They oversee the collection and verification of user reviews, ratings, and feedback, ensuring that these are accurate and reliable.
  • Education and Support: To ensure that all users understand the regulatory requirements and security measures in place, Security Centers provide educational resources and support. This includes tutorials, FAQs, and customer support services that help users navigate the platform, comply with regulations, and understand the importance of security practices.
  • Legal and Regulatory Advocacy: Security Centers engage with regulatory bodies and legal institutions to advocate for fair and supportive regulations for decentralized platforms. They work to influence policy decisions, represent the interests of the Gig-Gossip community, and ensure that the platform’s operations are understood and supported by legal authorities.
